Really !

It looks like the province of Ontario is going to hire someone and create a new position for someone to oversee the provinces highway to see what need to be done ,and they already say that we need more toll roads.
Their would be no need for that if the province would only implement "photo-radar".
It wouldn't anoy everyone...only those who speed and deserve it..and they would probably raise more money that way.
